4c is employee owned and has always been an opportunistic company. The Group element is a way of managing those opportunities.
In the early days, the business model for 4c was to act as a consultancy and over time develop products of its own to create a more reliable income.
Several attempts have been made – all providing very valuable learnings. From collaborations with existing product manufacturers, to building something new with entrepreneurs.
Through advice and learning by doing, 4c has focused into the companies listed on this site, along with one or two more in the pipeline.
